"Great stay, great location" Having remained in this hotel during the Carnival we passed a very pleasant stay. Located in full centre town it was very easy for us to move. Rooms are very clean, very pleasant and staff very helpful. I recommend strongly this hotel which will be, I think ,after work of the tram even more pleasant.

"Great Budget Hotel" We have just returned from 5 very pleasant days stay. The hotel is truly well located a few minutes walk from shops, the Old Town, the Promenade des Anglais, the restaurant and pedestrian area and the bus and train stations. The airport bus stops close by. Our room was comfortable, light and airy. the bathroom was a little olde world, but perfectly functional. The room sevice staff were efficient, towels changed daily and beds made up. Breakfast was of the continental type with rolls, croissants, meat and cheese, jam, cereals, juice and coffee of tea. Again Staff were cheerful and pleasant. We had read some of the previous comments, some negative, and were a bit dubious, but we found the minus points unfounded and some based on just a quick Saturday night stop. We will most certainly use the hotel again during our regular trips to Nice. Excellent value for money

"Location, Location, Location" If there's one thing that makes this hotel stand out, it's the location. Right in the heart of Nice, near shops, restauants and only a few minute walk from the beach. Theres bus stops literally round the corner and the train station is about a 15min walk. Within the hotel, theres insnt must to moan about. Our room was pretty big and comfortable as a result even though the decor was a bit out of date. Staff were helpful and friendly.

"Very Good!" Stayed at this hotel in March and found it very good, after reading the other review we were worried but to no avail. The room was large and had heating by air con, or a heater in the room. Double and single bed in the room and the bathroom was huge and all clean. The breakfast was adequate cereal, bread, coissants, fruit salad, cheese and ham, plus juice and coffee ect. Our room was well decorated

"Recommended, Great Location, Clean" My family of 5 stayed for 8 nights May/June 2005. We were well satisfied with the hotel. Great price compared to others, clean, great breakfast buffet included in room price, fruit, croissants, ham, cheese, latte, coffee, cappucino, juices and cereal. Very efficient maids and want you to leave when they come to clean room, and front desk not assist in getting luggage to room. Excellent location for all activities, especially shopping and proximity to Vieux Nice, beach is several blocks, but not at all too far to walk. Front desk did speak English.
