This hotel is located on the port of Cap-d'Ail, and offers spacious suites with large terraces allowing you to take best advantage of this exceptionally quiet and serene environment. It lies 5 minutes' walk from Monaco's modern town centre, and 10 minutes from the old town and Monaco Castle. The nearest sandy beach is around 700 m away, and the residence faces the port with its magnificent boats so guests may enjoy tourist and sports activities or simply relax. Nice Airport is 30 minutes away.

This family-friendly tourist residence offers 29 suites and apartments, which combine peace and elegance. The apartment hotel is fully air-conditioned. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby area, a hotel safe, a lift, a cafe, a breakfast room, a laundry service and a garage for those arriving by car.The reception is not staffed at night. Pets are subject to a surcharge of around 10 EUR per day.Head in the direction of Port de Cap-d'Ail by following signs to Fontvieille. By road: take the A8 motorway from Monaco. By train: guests should arrive at Monaco Station. By air: travel to Nice Airport (30 km from the hotel). By helicopter: Monaco Heliport is a 2-minute walk away - it is 6 minutes from Nice to Monaco by helicopter.
