Park Inn evaluation Really near to the airport a at the same time quiet, a nice restaurant by the pool, but far from the center. Clean and friendly staff. Good choice if you don´t need to be at the center or near the nocturnal diversion.

"Loved the hotel/area and staff" This is a great hotel. The rooms are modern and clean. The pool and outdoor restaurant are well staffed and the food excelent. The staff are probably the most friendly and helpfull I have encountered. The free shuttle bus to the airport, shopping centre and restaraunts area of "le saint laurent" is fantastic. It is good as a touring base

"Excellent Staff" If you have to fly out of the Nice airport , I would highly recommend this hotel. They have a shuttle that runs 24 hours and they are very, very nice to Americans. I almost got the feeling they catered to Americans. The staff was very nice and helpful; they suggested us to return our car that evening and their shuttle could take us in the morning which was a 6am flight. They all spoke decent English and seemed eager to please. Plus, their garage is very hard to park and enter/leave. The room was all furnished with Ikea so not the most comfortable but adequate. The air conditioning didn't work well but I am beginning to think no hotels have great air conditioning in Europe. The soap and shampoo are all the same; gel that you squeeze from a bottle so it feels like you are at a gym. Bring your own. The hair dryer was good except that you had to hold down the on button to keep it going so it got a bit annoying after awhile. They have a nice pool area but no drinks are served. The restaurant is okay but if you are hugary and don't want to leave the area it will do fine. You will want to stay here just because the staff is so friendly and helpful.

"A Most Convient Location" My girlfriend and I spent out last night in this hotel before flying home to the US. The location is very convient to the airport and they offer a free shuttle service to the airport. The hotel staff were very courteous and most accomodating. I inquired about taking my rental car to the drop off point the night before our departure and the courtesy van driver offered to escort me to the location and wait while I dropped off the car and then returned me to the hotel. This is probably unheard of in France. The room itself was quite large and clean. One thing I did not like was that the bed does not have a top sheet between your body and the comforter. I know the hotel does not launder these heavy comforters daily and I just don't care for someone else' body sweat etc. being against mine. We did enjoy a drink and dinner if the hotel restaurant and found it to be satisfactory. There were some smokers in the lobby which is very close to the bar, and this does not make for a good dining atmosphere

"Quality service at the Park Inn" We stayed at the Park Inn for 5 days in March and were impressed by their care and attention to detail. Nothing was a problem for them- bringing us to and from the airport, even offering to drive us into the city centre. Staff were friendly, courteous and tolerated my woeful attempts at speaking French. We had two family rooms and both were clean, tidy and in good order. They were cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. The hotel is only 2 minutes drive from terminal 1 but there wasn't excessive airport noise.
