Located in the city center, close to big shopping areas, cinema, theatres, museums, carparks, taxistation. Only at ten minutes far from the beach and 5 minutes far from the trainstation. Each year in february you have the privilege to see the carnival passing right under your windows. 26 soundproofed, air-conditioned guest rooms with showers, W.C, bathrooms, dial telephone, color T.V, lift, and modem socket.
